
Greek Pasta Salad Bowl
A Mediterranean classic turned into a fresh, satisfying bowl: tender rotini pasta, crunchy cucumbers, juicy tomatoes, tangy red onion, Kalamata olives and creamy feta — all brought together with a simple herby dressing. Light, refreshing and perfect for lunch.
🥗 Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rotini pasta
- 1 medium cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved or chopped
- 1 handful Kalamata olives
- ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup crumbled feta
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Herby Dressing
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt & pepper to taste
🍽️ Instructions
- Cook the pasta and cool it completely.
- Prepare the cucumber, tomatoes, red onion and olives.
- Add everything to a bowl and top with crumbled feta.
- Whisk the dressing ingredients and pour over the salad.
- Toss gently and serve immediately or refrigerate.
