Greek Pasta Salad Bowl

A Mediterranean classic turned into a fresh, satisfying bowl: tender rotini pasta, crunchy cucumbers, juicy tomatoes, tangy red onion, Kalamata olives and creamy feta — all brought together with a simple herby dressing. Light, refreshing and perfect for lunch.

🥗 Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rotini pasta
  • 1 medium cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved or chopped
  • 1 handful Kalamata olives
  • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup crumbled feta
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

Herby Dressing

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt & pepper to taste

🍽️ Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta and cool it completely.
  2. Prepare the cucumber, tomatoes, red onion and olives.
  3. Add everything to a bowl and top with crumbled feta.
  4. Whisk the dressing ingredients and pour over the salad.
  5. Toss gently and serve immediately or refrigerate.
