Some breakfasts are meant to be rushed. This one isn’t.
The yogurt & fig compote bowl is soft, warm, and gently sweet — a calm way to start the day when you want nourishment without heaviness.

🧺 Ingredients (1 bowl)

  • 1 cup thick Greek yogurt
  • 3–4 fresh figs, chopped
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1–2 tbsp water
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped pistachios or walnuts
  • Extra honey, for topping

🍳 How to Make It

1. Prepare the fig compote
Add chopped figs, honey, water, and cinnamon to a small pan. Simmer gently for 5–7 minutes until soft and jam-like.

2. Assemble the bowl
Spoon yogurt into a bowl. Top with warm fig compote.

3. Finish
Sprinkle with nuts and drizzle with a little extra honey if desired.
